1. Returns Eligibility Window: Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Goods: Perishable goods (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, open food items) and intimate or sanitary items are exempt from being returned.

4. Refund Process: Once your returned package is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
